    • About the Organization: The Greater Cleveland Food Bank is the largest hunger relief organization in Northeast Ohio, offering both food distribution and SNAP outreach efforts. The food bank operates a community food distribution center, providing food and other critical grocery products annually to more than 1,000 local food pantries, hot meal programs, shelters, mobile pantries, programs for the elderly and other nonprofit agencies.
    • Volunteer Tasks: Volunteers will assist with a variety of projects including sorting and repackaging incoming nonperishable, perishable and non-food donations; packing shelf-stable emergency food boxes; packing Commodity Supplemental Food program boxes; assembling kits for the Backpacks for Kids program; and packing lunches for the Kids' Cafe and Summer Feeding Lunch programs.
