The fifth annual Pilot Pinning Ceremony and Dinner will be held Thursday, Sept. 10, and will recognize students pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Professional Pilot from Kent State. Students will receive their first set of wings to symbolize successfully earning their Private Pilot Certificate or completing their first Kent State flight course. Students who have received Certified Flight Instructor certifications will be honored with an additional set of wings to commemorate this transition from student to mentor. Sponsorships help support this event and ensure our aeronautics students are able to attend and is a great opportunity for brand awareness among alumni and students. Several sponsorship options are available below.
