More than 30 years ago, the Schwebel family established an endowment for the program, primarily to support an annual Schwebel Guest Lecture Series, which brings industry leaders with real-world voices and unforgettable insights to Kent State. The 2026 speaker is Ben Lorenzen from Champions Run Country Club who will present “Embrace the Power of FUN.”
